This session is outdoors . We will meet at a local park or track all you need to bring is your Killer attitude and Yoga Mat ! During each session you will be jogging for warm up and I will push you for 30minutes ! Just using mainly your body weight , Killa J will get you in shape quick ! If you have any equipment such as resistance bands, weights , etc. we will use them. MEAL PLAN IS INCLUDED Please bring water and towel if needed for sweat
